We charge a flat rate of an extremely low $8.99AU for any purchase.
 
The parcel can take from 1 to 4 working days to arrive depending on where you live.
There may be a delay in shipping over sale periods.

Note* We can no longer deliver to a PO BOX.

A signature is required on delivery; therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, 2 more attempts will be made to deliver it before returning back to us.
If you have any special instructions, eg you would like the courier to leave the parcel at the back door if you are not home, please make a note of this in the comments box when going through checkout.

Shipping to International Destinations (outside of Australia):

Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within 3-10 working days, however, due to various countries Customs Procedures, we cannot assume responsibility for delays.

You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by ozdesigner.com When the returned merchandise is received by ozdesigner.com, you card account will be credited for the merchandise only.
